Cons: None as far as I can tell. Overall this is a great mixer and I truly enjoy to use it. The mixer has a solid built quality and is easy to handle. Do to the 10 speed adjustment no unwanted spills anymore, egg whites don't have unmixed left overs in the bottom of the bowl anymore, heavy bread dough is no problem. Some of the other reviews stated that it spattered batter all over even on the lowest speed, but this has not been the case with mine. Yes - SLOW really is SLOW - and I like that part, but the part I don't particularly care for is the BLADES of the mixer's beaters. Other blades have been FLAT and they CUT thru things like mashed potatoes. These blades are not flat. These blades might work FINE for cake mix but the mixer and I had to come to an understanding in order to get those potatoes thoroughly mashed. Based on what I know now...I would still purchase this product, but I'm just "this much" disappointed. |
